This is Beckley point, finished in 2017 and run by the student housing company. The building is for all the Plymouth University and Plymouth College of Art students and based literally just across the road from both of them. So no excuses to not make it to your 9am Lectures!
Take a look around my £190 per week Studio apartment on the 2nd floor with ensuite, kitchen breakfast bar, desk and double bed. The room itself is a cosy 17 sqm Based in the Heart of Plymouth City Centre, Uk, England. Prices for a room range from £141 ($180) P/W to £210 ($265) P/W as of July 2020.
I personally really enjoyed my time at Beckley and would recommend to any Freshers applying to university.
